Is there a showroom I can view these products?

You are welcome to visit our manufacturing facility in Birmingham to view a sample of our range of handling products. Please note some products are not kept in stock but we would welcome the opportunity to discuss the whole of our range during our visit. Please contact our Sales Department before arranging your visit to confirm that we have the product your interested in.


How do I place an Order?

Please select the range and quantity of products you require and add them to the cart on the right hand side of the page. Follow the ordering procedure and the site will take you to the checkout where you can view your purchases before confirming and paying for your order.


What happens once I place an Order?

An email will be sent to our Sales Department who will immediately sanction your order. You will then be sent an Order confirmation by email. We will also send you a confirmation of expected delivery times for the products you’ve requested.


Do prices include delivery charges?

All items include delivery charges (unless otherwise stated) to mainland UK addresses excluding Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any islands around the UK.  Please contact us for a delivery quote to these excluded areas and non UK addresses.

Additional surcharges are applicable for deliveries to private & residiental addresses, ie non industrial site addresses including farms & equestrian establishments.  Costs available upon request.


Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

No


What methods of payment do you accept?

By invoice or via Paypal. We accept all major credit cards except American Express, Telephone 0121 454 7514 ext 1 orders can be made and paid via a Cheque or BACS.


Do you have a minimum order value charge?

Yes.  All orders placed under the £80 minimum order value (excl carriage & VAT) are subject a £10 administration charge.


Do you give any Bulk/Trade discounts?

Please contact us if you would like to purchase in bulk. We will endeavour to reduce the inclusive delivery charges to one address.

We don’t offer a Trade discount, as we believe we have extremely competitively priced products.


Do you deliver outside the UK?

We will deliver products outside the UK. Please contact our Sales Department sales@wilmat-handling.co.uk for a quote.


How long does delivery take?

This depends upon the products ordered. The majority of the products are kept in stock and will delivered within 7 days. Delivery will be confirmed when an order is placed.


Is it possible to track my Order? If yes, how?

What do I do if the good(s) I have purchased are damaged?

If the customer signs for the product without inspecting it THEY ARE ACCEPTING THEM IN GOOD CONDITION . PLEASE DON’T SIGN FOR THEM IF THEY ARE DAMAGED. The carrier will return the goods and we will arrange for replacement goods to be sent.


What is the returns policy?

Products can be returned by prior agreement within 14 days receipt of delivery. Products that are specifically manufactured for a customer will not be accepted for credit.

Are your products guaranteed?

All products are supplied with a 12-month guarantee unless otherwise stated.


Is the Wilmat Handling web site secure?

The web site uses Paypal to take secure payments online. All your credit and debit card details are not held by ourselves or Paypal, and you do not need a Paypal account to make a purchase from our website. All payments are secure and your purchases are protected. For more details please visit the Paypal website.


How do you protect my information?

Information you have supplied us with will only be used by Wilmat Handling to progress your order. We will not use or sell your data on.

All credit card details are handled by Paypal, who are world-renowned credit card transaction corporation.


I can’t find a product I require on the web site

There is a search facility in the top right hand side of the site, which will enable you to locate the product you require. Just enter a keyword and the site will generate a number of options based upon that word. Are all your products shown on the site?
