Kebatec are a consultancy service specialising in supporting customers in the Plastics Industry with solutions in the supply of machines and processes. The company is founded by Mike Madden who has over 20 years experience.
Having worked with Wilmat in a previous role, Mike contacted us again when his client, a large privately owned Scottish customer in the building products industry, needed a solution for loading multiple injection moulding tools into different sized machines aswell as carrying our other maintenance tasks for
Wilmat suggested our Fully Powered (Battery Operated) Stacking Truck and to suit the specific application, in lieu of forks, the unit was fitted with a horizontal Jib & Hook and Side shift.
Mike said ‘The benefit of the Wilmat truck is that the customer can reduce cranage infrastructure in the injection moulding area thus reducing costs. Maintenance tasks are also simpler and quicker, reducing downtime’.
